Setia Haruman Technology Sdn Bhd (SHTech) was incorporated in December 1999 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Setia Haruman Sdn Bhd, the master developer of Cyberjaya, the ICT hub of Malaysia a.k.a the Silicon Valley of Malaysia.
The company was founded in a strategic long-term business goal which anticipated tremendous potential for Setia Haruman Sdn Bhd to actively participate in Information Technology (IT) activities, taking advantage of its position as the Master Developer of Cyberjaya.

The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC or the “Commission”) has published a Commission Determination on Access List – Determination No. 2 of 2015 pursuant to the Ministerial Direction to Determine a Mandatory Standard on Access- Determination No. 2 of 2005 and Variation to Commission Determination on the Mandatory Standard on Access (Determination No. 2 of 2005) – Determination No. 2 of 2009 (collectively known as “the MSA”).
SHTech Access Reference Document (SHTech ARD) is prepared and maintained by SHTech pursuant to the Subsection 5.3.2 of the MSA in relation to network facilities and/or network services to be provided by SHTech. The SHTech ARD consists of the minimum terms and conditions which are consistent with the rights and obligations set out in the MSA for the purpose of Access/Interconnection between SHTech (Access Provider) and Access Seeker.
