1] SHTech receives NFP and NSP licenses:
10-June-2011: Setia Haruman Technology Sdn Bhd (SHTech) receives Network
Facilities Provider (NFP) and Network Service Provider (NSP) licenses from
Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC). The licenses allows SHTech to offer Next-Generation-Network (NGN)
and fiberoptic network services such as Metro Ethernet (Metro-E) and Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM)
services in Malaysia particularly in MSC Malaysia
areas.
2] Mah Sing Group appointed SHTech for FTTH project in Cyberjaya:
1-April-2011: Myvilla Development Sdn Bhd, a member of Mah Sing Group of
companies and the developer for Garden Residence Cyberjaya, has appointed Setia Haruman
Technology Sdn Bhd (SHTech) as the service provider and operator to provide Fibre-To-The-Home (FTTH) connectivity, high speed broadband internet access and WiFi services at Garden Residence Cyberjaya
development for a 2-year contract. The development consists of 676 high class residential units with broadband ready facility.

4] SHTech adds Broadband-Over-Powerline (BPL) to its services spectrum:
SHTech and its strategic partner PG Communications are poised to offer Broadband-Over-Powerline (BPL) services in Cyberjaya and nationwide.
BPL is an alternative broadband technology which uses the power line (electricity cable) as the bandwidth carrier that can deliver internet access
speed up to 200Mbps but at lower cost.
